Family misfits

Family, a group of persons united by the ties of marriage, blood, or adoption, constituting a single household and interacting with each other in their respective social positions, usually those of spouses, parents, children, and siblings. What is your opinion about the family? Is it really necessary?

Family misfits means Struggle or disagreement between parents, parent and child or other members of a family. Do you ever experienced family misfits. If yes acknowledge with ✨

• Kids refusing to down gadgets :

You would probably know how much of a struggle it is to get your kids off gadgets and limit screen time. While the pandemic has definitely increased the hours every child spends in front of screens, the biggest hurdle could be the one you face while making your child eat. This results in conflict.

Single parents family :

The increasing number of children residing in single-parent households often has been linked to many of the nation's most serious social problems, including delinquency, teenaged pregnancy and welfare dependency; in fact, it is widely believed that single-parent families represent a risk factor for childrens.

• Grandparents family :

Children raised by their grandparents are at an increased risk for emotional and behavioral problems in adulthood. Early in their lives these children have experienced divided loyalties, rejection, loss, guilt and anger. Many children feel disappointed and hurt by their parents' actions and lack of time spent together.

• Teenager conflicts with parents :

There is no doubt that adolescence can be a difficult period for both youngsters and their parents. Although some people believe that conflict at this time does more harm than good, I would argue that it is an essential stage of teenagers’ development. For example, it is quite common for young people to begin smoking at their age to impress their peers, but the resulting confrontations with parents can lead to difficulties with communications afterwards. In contrast, if there is no conflict between parents and teenagers, there will be a much greater sense of happiness among family members.

Rivalry between Siblings :

Sibling rivalry is the jealousy, competition and fighting between brothers and sisters. It is a concern for almost all parents of two or more kids. Problems often start right after the birth of the second child. Sibling rivalry usually continues throughout childhood and can be very frustrating and stressful to parents.

• Controversy in family events :

Families often argue about topics related to major and even minor events, on issues such as: who is on (and who is left out of) the invite list, who is paying for what, which dates work for everyone, the location of the event, and who to use as vendors. Everyone involved construes their own needs as top priority…which makes resolving family arguments about events pretty difficult.

Joint family - The Disaster :

Lack of privacy is a common complaint among people who live in a joint family. ... Everyone knows everything about all the members of the family and this leads to interference in daily matters. More often than not, this interference is not appreciated and people end up hiding things so that others mind their own business.

Comparison with other family members:

There's bound to be a good amount of comparison if there are people of the same age in the family. So, it's pretty normal for the older family members to talk about how well-behaved one bahu is as compared to the other. Yes, it can be annoying!

• Dealing with in-laws :

Women especially in India are usually conflicted when it comes to living together with their in-laws after marriage. Even though starting a new life with your partner is exciting, the apprehension that comes with the thought of having to live under the same roof with your in-laws can be difficult to deal with for some women.

Disputesss in family business :

Conflicts in family businesses are rarely caused by poor business performance; most conflicts arise because the family owners perceive that their needs are not met. ... Some family members will be active shareholders involved in running of the business while other family members may just be passive shareholders.

• Money Dissension :

One of the most common types of family conflict is, you guessed it, Money. People get into all sorts of arguments and family disagreements over money. ... Witnessing families split apart over money matters is extremely sad and yet all too common.

• Siblings conflict over care of elderly          parents :

Sibling alienation occurs when one adult sibling wants to push aside another. While sibling alienation can occur at any point, one sibling may be especially tempted to alienate another in order to gain control of care-taking or inheritance outcomes with aging parents.

• Making adjustments:

If you are from a nuclear family then a joint household can be daunting. For instance, cooking three times a day for 20-odd people who like different kinds of food. Plus, every house has its own rules and this one may have too many to deal with.

Nuclear Family - The act of God :

In nuclear family both husband and wife adopt profession outside the family, then children are neglected and looked after by the servants. They feel lonely and emotional insecure. They develop more anxiety. If the bread winner dies or becomes incapable to en, there is no one to support the family.

As a teenager,  I have forseen my cousins after marriage, there is no way to live happily after few years.

" To Enjoy a Happy Life, lead a Batchelor life, without a Wife "

Work out if the issue is worth fighting over. Try to separate the problem from the person. Try to cool off first if you feel too angry to talk calmly. Keep in mind that the idea is to resolve the conflict, not win the argument.

Do you wish to live in Joint family or Nuclear family? If Nuclear acknowledge ♥️ If Joint acknowledge ๐Ÿ’œ If Batchelor life ๐ŸงกPlse do comment.

Sturdy Health

Do you think the current fine for violating covid norms is adequate?  In the current scenario, COVID-19 has been tackled everyone threatening the life of people. However, developing a strong immune system while you’re healthy can sustain your body as it familiarizes itself with the new virus in the event you get sick. In simple words, Sturdy health means firmly built or made. If not, what suggestions do you suggest ?

The Sandalwood star led an extremely healthy life and was a fitness enthusiast

Health, according to the World Health Organization, is "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity". As a teenager and a future doctor,  I  have come across some problems faced by people of all age, and kindly bringing it to your notice.

Feeding of baby and it's impact :

Breast milk contains antibodies that help your baby fight off viruses and bacteria. Breastfeeding lowers your baby's risk of having asthma or allergies. Plus, babies who are breastfed exclusively for the first 6 months, without any formula, have fewer ear infections, respiratory illnesses, and bouts of diarrhea.

Meditation crash on kids :

Meditation can help kids read and respond to internal signals of stress before their developing brains and bodies give in to a full-blown tantrum. The key is intuiting what your child needs to come back into balance and giving him or her the tools to practice.

Bang of Superbrain yoga on Health :

Synchronizing the left brain and right brain to boost creativity. Strengthening of immune system by improving pranic energy. Distributing energy levels to improve focus and instill calmness.

Outcome of Online Classes on Health:

Impacts include the lack of efficiency of technology, the difficulty for pupils to understand the concepts taught, and online learning causes social isolation and results in pupils not developing the necessary communication skills.

A footprint in Digital world :

Many parents have the habit of inserting pictures into the internet of their own, not just their details but also, the details of their little ones. Combining the terms 'share' and 'parenting', this is known as 'sharing'. Parents need to worry about this practice as it will add children's digital footprint to the Internet from their teens.
               A footprint of Digital world

Physical activity on mental health :

It is well known that physical activity and exercise can help protect against depression and anxiety. A recent study, involving more than 11,000 children aged 9-10 years, found that social connections partially mediated the effects of physical activity, which suggests that the social dynamics of physical activities may protect against depression in childhood.

Sports impression on children :

In addition, participating in sports can be a helpful way of reducing stress and increasing feelings of physical and mental well-being, as well as fighting against juvenile delinquency, conflict and aggressive outbursts.

Addiction has collision on college students:

The high rates of drug abuse among college students can be attributed to a number of factors, including - Stress. As students are facing the high demands of coursework, part-time jobs, internships, social obligations, and more, many turn to drugs as a way to cope.

Nonveg footprint on health :

Non-vegetarian food has higher amount of protein content and makes digestion difficult. Consuming non- vegetarian food may lead to acidity and constipation which in turn might cause other digestion related complications as well.

 Gym influence on Youths :

Exercise strengthens your heart and improves your circulation. The increased blood See disease, and heart attack. Regular exercise can also lower your blood pressure and triglyceride levels.Fitness is very important for good health. Physical fitness and Wellness adds a lot of importance in an individual's lifestyle. Do you think overexercising may backfire. If yes, do comment?

Unemployment banging on depression:

Unemployment can be an emotional rollercoaster. Depression is common with unemployment. The initial effects of losing your job can leave people feeling sad and upset, but with time, hopelessness about finding another job may set in, and this depression can get much worse.

Job Stress Smash on Workers :

Job stress can be defined as the harmful physical and emotional responses that occur when the requirements of the job do not match the capabilities, resources, or needs of the worker. Job stress can lead to poor health and even injury.

Family Conflict knocking Health:

People living in family conflict are at greater risk for anxiety and depression, even after they leave the home, as well as addiction and eating disorders. Family conflict may escalate to physical abuse, physically harming family members.

Old-age - The Jolt :

Although older people have poorer health than younger people, ageing does not cause disease.Regular physical activity in old age can “rejuvenate” physical capacity by 10-15 years.Common conditions in older age include hearing loss, cataracts and refractive errors, back and neck pain, diabetes, depression.

•         Noted Kannada actor and theater personality Lokesh has been donated his body to M S Ramaiah Medical College and his pacemaker would be given to a poor person, as per the actor's last wishes.

•         His father Dr. Rajkumar had pledged the eyes of his entire family in 1994. Even in his death, Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar gifted eyesight to four persons.  Hence, we created four different transplants from two corneas to restore vision for four different patients.

Students Mind Psychology

The Creative blogs created by Mr.Gagan is a collection of mental health experiences shared by real young adults, that gives message of hope.

COVID-19. That one term that’s changed so much of our lives for so many different people. This impact on families is huge, and children all over the world are having to adjust to the new way of life that is social-isolation.

It's really easy to blame someone when kids are being naughty, oppositional, or defiant. "They are just so difficult...", "She is doing this for attention!", or "He is just like his father!" are common ideas that come to mind. Especially when your child just won't cooperate, listen, or do what they are asked.

On an academic level, social media can have a negative effect on student productivity when it comes to concentration in the classroom, timekeeping, and consciousness.
However, other issues such as having damaging effects on self-image and mental health, productivity in school, and issues with privacy and data protection are all attributes that students need to be educated on.

Adolescence has very often been associated with alcohol and drug abuse. It is highly likely for them to get addicted to them thus resulting in alcohol and drug abuse. Increasing stress and peer pressure on adolescents today has also led to drug and alcohol abuseand there will be changes in brain function over time. The changeover from voluntary to compulsive drug use reproduces changes in the brain’s natural inhibition.
They are busy playing PUBG instead of focusing on their careers. Even more, the players take leaves or skip meetings just to play this game endlessly. Due to this addiction, they also miss their deadlines and don't fulfill their duties. Furthermore, PUBG mobile game addiction ruins the relationships of people.
Instead students must be encouraged with sports.Sports are a crucial part of a student's growth and development. They help in the development of mental health and physical fitness of the body. Through participation in sports and games, a student gains various skills, experience and confidence that are helpful for developing their personality.
Harsh parenting, which includes verbal or physical threats, frequent yelling, and hitting, along with immediate negative consequences for a specific behavior, can lead to children having emotional and behavioral issues, such as aggressiveness.

If you think your kids might be a bit more stressed right now, make a point of checking in with them during a calm moment (preferably one that is also accompanied by a hug or some other form of closeness and connection). You can normalise their feelings and invite them for discussion on the topic.
Instead of forcing their children to study, they must be encouraged in their talents n make them Champions.

A footprint in the Digital world ๐ŸŒ

My grandmother would tell me stories, when I was young. When she went on telling it, I would imagine me as a character.

The story was about the man goes with his sister into the woods, shining shiny white stones along the way, asking for help if she goes out into the woods. He returns home safely with the help of those stones at night. When he goes into the woods, he puts bread crumbs without getting stones, and he gets into trouble from animals.
In the physical world where our daily schedule is roughly the same, accurate information about what we're doing is important. It is good, both literally and figuratively, for us to set our footsteps.
But the digital world is not so. There we go from one thing to another. One thing is trending today, another is tomorrow, another is another. Everyone here is free to express their opinions on all things.
It is common for our information to remain there once it belongs to the internet. Once Twitter's chief, Parag Agarwal, tweeted earlier in the day that the tweets are now up for grabs.
A post on Facebook, even if we delete it, is unlikely to remain in someone else's screenshot. It can be very difficult for us to control who can use the information we once added. When a shared message of humor reaches out to someone else, it is not impossible to hurt their feelings. Similarly, the information we share on various platforms cannot be overlooked by cyber criminals.
Many parents have the habit of inserting pictures into the internet of their own, not just their details but also, the details of their little ones. Combining the terms 'share' and 'parenting', this is known as 'sharing'. Parents need to worry about this practice as it will add children's digital footprint to the Internet from their teens.
It is also a good idea not to share our details and impressions on social media sites more than necessary. Just a few seconds before posting and asking ourselves if we can actually post it, you can avoid many problems!
Due to Covid-19, many schools and  colleges, have started online classes threatening the life of students.

Digital world has been spoiled the youngsters in one or the other way,  until then we are responsible for our privacy.

The Anger Mess

Hello Buddy,  The feelings that anger commonly masks include fear, anxiety, guilt, shame, embarrassment, jealousy, sadness, hurt, and worry....
